Where barbecue meets bistro: Boneyard Bistro aims to please everyone -- and succeeds -- by offering its baby back ribs alongside more ambitious fare. All of their barbecued meats are solid but the one they truly excel at is the barbecued brisket, which is to die for. Their fried mac 'n cheese wedges are a mildly interesting take on the standard side dish, but really, why bother? And if you don't go in for old fashioned hunks of smoked meat, the menu has plenty of lighter fare, from calamari to salads.
