Located in the Custom Hotel--the only chic, non-Hilton-y boutique hotel remotely near LAX--Bistrotek is designed to resemble the airy, modern lofts of SoHo. Skylights, polished concrete floors, exposed brick and an adjacent pool bar called Hopscotch make Bistrotek an alluring place to take a date or pass time waiting for your girlfriend's delayed flight to land.
