This greenery and flowers surrounding this restaurant across PCH from the sea, reminds us of a French or Italian villa. Come for the Continental food, the ambience and the view.While some may complain that the menu here is a bit conservative (particularly in contrast to neighboring Granita), few places in L.A. evoke the flavor of the Mediterranean as convincingly as this romantic villa on the Malibu coast. Therefore, Beau Rivage is an ideal venue for an anniversary or other special occasions.
The upper level offers a view of the Pacific, and the secluded patio is so idyllic you'd swear the breeze was coming from the Mediterranean itself. Both the extensive menu and the reasonably priced wine list reflect the diverse cuisine of the entire region: Spain, Portugal, Italy, Provençe and even Morocco. Popular dishes include gazpacho, pasta, osso buco, Greek salad, moules marinière, grilled salmon, rack of lamb and ahi tuna.
