First of all, this place gets really, really packed. And there's a reason why. Afloat's sushi is not only pretty good, but you get to pluck each piece yourself from atop the little sushi boats that float by you around the sushi bar.
Try the spicy crabmeat tempura rolls and the salmon avocado roll topped with a spicy chili paste. The sushi chefs also prepare traditional sushi (tamago, salmon, tuna) if you're into that sort of thing.
