15 offers a terrific happy hour food deal with its three-course $15 tasting menu (Mon.-Fri. 5-6:30 p.m.) that's perfectly portioned for medium (but not gluttonous) appetites. Diners choose a starter and a main course then receive a chef's choice dessert. The menu runs to upscale American fare (burgers, grilled salmon, mac 'n cheese, roast pork loin, grilled cheese sandwiches, etc.) with European touches (olive tepenade). The bread pudding, made with chocolate croissants, drizzled with caramel sauce and topped with rich cream, is delicious beyond compare.
