Antonio Allesi, owner of Fred Segal's Mauro Cafe, opened this Italian restaurant and crudo bar in the same Sunset Strip complex that houses Ketchup and Caffe Primo. The space is slick and clean, with a minimalist take on decoration and lots of light. The focus of the dining room is a large crudo bar (sort of like a sushi bar) that serves up fresh bites of Italian-style raw fish and veggies. There is also a full kitchen and plenty of hot dishes to be had including carbonara di mare.
