After owning his own restaurant for years and cooking at Dong Lai Shun and Juon Yuan, chef Henry Chang opened his own restaurant specializing in Hangzhou cuisine. Signature dishes include Yellowfish Soup, shrimp cooked in green tea leaves, pork spareribs steamed in lotus leaves, ice fish with bean sauce, dongpo rou and 8 Treasure Rice.
