It's a minor miracle -- a late-night taco stand that you don't have to be drunk to enjoy! Open until 3 .a.m, Cactus Taqueria (located on Vine halfway between Santa Monica and Melrose) makes tacos that taste good any time of day or night. Meats include the basics (al pastor, carnitas and carne asada) as well as lengua (tongue) and cabeza (brains). At peak lunch, dinner and post-bar hours, there will definitely be a line. And once you get your tacos, you'll have to stand around and scarf them down quickly. This is really just a taco shack that knows how to do one thing, and does it really, really well. Perfect for a little nosh after drinking at Three Clubs or M Bar.
