Popular food: Cassidy's Garden Omelette (broccoli, spinach, mushroom, onion, tomato, cheese); whole wheat or buttermilk pancakes; seafood paella; grilled Ahi salad with tomato basil dressing and capers.

Unique food: Ground turkey scramble with jalapeños and cilantro; pumpkin spice pancakes with fresh fruit.

Drinks: Beer on tap (Red Hook, Coors) and bottles (Negra Modelo, Sierra Nevada), Australian wine, raspberry herbal iced tea, coffee.

Seating: Tables, counter, patio.

Ambience: 1960s eclectic surf cafe vibe, warm colors, sunny blue skies and fresh ocean air.

Extras/Notes: Though it is a South Bay small chain, each Good Stuff location has its own personality. Established in 1979 in West Los Angeles. T-shirts for sale.

Parking: Free lot behind building; metered street parking.

    OK, this is a nice spot for breakfast. Nice environment, lots of people, good food! I like their California omelette...Will have to try lunch next time.
