Is it alright for waitors to push customers and for security guards to cuss at them and use physical intimidation without any good reason to do so? Those are APPARENTLY the values that HYDE LOUNGE cherish. Moreover, the manager blames EVERYTHING on the customers. It is obvious that customers will get drunk, yet he does not know how to handle anything properly! All he could have said was, "I am sorry to hear that you have had a bad night. Is there anything that I can do to make it up to you?" HELLO! That is common sense and courtesy to loyal, HIGH paying customers. How dare he act childish and argue with the customers about how THEY are wrong and how he knows the employees better and that they are never the type to do anything bad to anyone! HE DID NOT EVEN SEE IT! He needs to get fired! Someone get me the email or number of the owner. This club needs to get shut down. There was also this Hispanic(?) girl out back next to the security guard by the parking lot and she said more F words than I ever heard! She acted like a cholo's girlfriend. That place is like a damn swammit and has NOOOO CLASS! Moreover, the customers there are really ugly and everyone really needs to get off his/her high horse because all they do is just stand around and act like they're the queens and kings of some foreign country. Basically, all you do at this club is get treated like crap and waste your money to just sit/stand there. NOTHING ELSE!
