T.O.T. stands for Teishokuya of Tokyo according to their website. What that means, I don't know! What I do know is that their lunch specials is yummy and inexpensive for what you get. For example, the Monday lunch special comes with the main dish as well as miso soup, salad with miso dressing, rice, gyozas, chicken balls and short ribs. All lunch specials are only $7.95 and if you get there between 11:30am to 12noon, it is only $6.95. There is a Pinkberry across the street if you want some dessert afterwards, and it's right next to PopKiller if you want something to browse while you are waiting. I definitely will be back.
