"So Disappointing!"

Finally had the chance to check it out - what a disappointing experience! Probably the worst service ever here in LA. Server, Danielle, made numerous mistakes. Orders messed up, when the food came - 25% of our large party didn't get food. Order was wrong and the Monday special they had ordered was 86'd. (I still saw it coming out of the kitchen for others) She said no way to expedite something else, so they never ate. Food was OK - but tough to enjoy as we had to share our portions around the table. Too long between courses because they couldn't find the birthday dessert we had brought in. Lost it. When it did come, not enough plates. Brought the coffee pot and no cups. Had to ask multiple times. Spoke to the manager - she just gave me the 'I'm so sorry' and said the server would be reprimanded - but she shouldn't be working there. Won't be back...
