I was so relieved in taking my friend (visiting from nyc) to The Garter. Every other bar had been a major disappointment that Thursday night, but this was the SPOT. We ended up staying until last call, enjoying both our friends and strangers alike. The vibe was great. Overall, The Garter seems to have that 'stumbled-upon' hipster appeal the Venetians have so been longing for.
