My wife and I moved out to Valencia several years ago, and one of the first things we had to do was find a good sushi restaurant. We asked folks, drove around, and basically tried every place we stumbled upon. Kyoto is now OUR spot. They do an "all you can eat" lunch and dinner, that is reasonably priced. Both the quality and variety is good. My favorites are the white tuna (if you haven't had it, try it!) and albacore. If you like rolls, they have quite a few to choose from.
