This place really knows the meaning of customer service. From my first phone call through my entire visit, I was treated in a friendly helpful manner and it was perfection.

Attention to detail is incredible here--from the smells to the relaxing layout to the comfortable furniture, and of course my amazing treatments and lovely therapists, they anticipated all of my needs and exceeded my expectations.

I had a treatment package, including a facial, massage, and body treatment (Herbology Body Polish, incredible). My therapists were all warm and asked me great questions so they could customize my treatments to my liking, which was really nice. Each of them was so talented and truly caring, I left feeling taller and lighter. I even had a treatment from their on-site chiropractor (my first time ever, I was scared, he was wonderful). I feel great and I can't wait to go back.

Check this place out--it's private and cozy and only has 4 treatment rooms. I have been to most LA spas and skin care clinics and this place is the best, no question. Highly recommend!
