33 RPMs of shopping heaven

In today's digitized and downloadable world, the independent record store has become an increasingly obscure beast, much like the dinosaurs of yore. One by one, some of LA’s most venerable record shops have succumbed to modern marketplace trends. R.I.P. Arons Records, Rhino Records and House of Records, just three casualties of the last couple years. Thankfully, there are still a few choice hideaways where discerning audiophiles can get their fix. Visit these stores. Visit them often. Keep real music alive.
