I LOVE me some waffles so no one could be more excited about a place called The Waffle opening in Hollywood. They have a gazzillion of them too and I've sampled 4 with the baked-in applewood smoked bacon one being my favorite so far. Perfect blend of crsipy and soft with the bacon inside with warm maple syrup. The traditional chocolate with whipped cream is a perfect dessert if your craving late at night because this place is open until late all week. And they even have a bar upstairs! If your in Hollywood, skip 101 cafe for now and try the WAFFLE!!!! They have a ton of everything if your not into waffles. Maybe one day I'll even try their eggs or the veggie chicken salad sandwich which the server said is her favorite on the menu. Thank you for opening the Waffle, I think it's going to become my favorite diner!
