This two-theater complex has existed at its current location for five years, having moved from its original home further east on Hollywood Boulevard. Both houses -- like so many in the Hollywood area -- are open spaces and are operated on a rental basis to visiting productions. Thus, quality of shows varies.
Sight lines are fair in both, with more steeply raked seating in the 99-seat space.
