Stoney Point Bar & Grill is a neighborhood watering hole, with regulars crowding the prominent bar.The adjoining green-and-white dining room is cozy and relaxed, and the musings at the bar are sufficiently muffled. Walls are covered with oversized archive photographs of the Rose City. Pleasant piano music, occasionally punctuated by a brief operetta, wafts from the bar area. Dishes include crab cakes in citron sauce, escargots with Pernod in mushroom caps, baby lamb chops with black-olive crust and Dijon mustard sauce, tiger shrimp wrapped in pancetta, cioppino and poached salmon in an aïoli sauce. -- Roger J. Wonderful place... delicious food, great ambiance and wonderful piano player on Wednesdays and Thursdays. My husband and I celebrated our first wedding anniversary... and had a wonderful time!
