Times Description

Located in old town Pasadena, this cleverly named, charming Spanish-style tapas bar is just the ticket for an after-work wind-down or a light dinner. High ceilings with exposed brick walls, tall mirrors and hanging lamps provide, a comfortable ambiance to share a meal with friends or family. The bar features tall red-topped stools where a quick cocktail and tapas plate can be had.

Chef Josef Centeno of Lot 1 fame helped craft the menu, which now includes Catalan-inspired dishes such as charred Padrón peppers with Spanish sea salt and a version of pan con tomate (toasted bread rubbed with garlic and tomato, drizzled with olive oil and sprinkled with sea salt). Sandwiches, soups and salads are offered for lunch, and a dinner menu is also available for those who want a bigger plate than your average tapas plate. Choose from Tasmanian ocean trout, butter poached prawns and roast duck breast with beluga lentils, anise spiced pear and sweet-sour strawberries.

Ok, I'm going to tell it like it is, no BS. I use to love that place, but after the last chef left, the food just went down hill. Not only did the food quality go bad, but the price went up? Maybe the restaurant should be run by real...
