Don't let the nondescript exterior of this small NoHo spot fool you. Tokyo Delve's turns up the volume significantly on the inside with singing, dancing sushi chefs who welcome you with a big hello the second you walk in the door. With its party atmosphere, this is a great place for birthday and bachelorette parties, but not necessarily a good choice for a quiet night out. Don't say we didn't warn you.
