If one concert sums up the zeitgeist of the television-addled Top-40-listening masses, this KIIS FM-sponsored pop, hip-hop and R&B music fest hosted by Ryan Seacrest and Lindsay Lohan is it. Thank goodness O.G. rapper Snoop Dogg will be on hand to add a little class. Miley Cyrus, Jonas Brothers, Flo-Rida, Danity Kane, Pitbull, The Dey, Cherish and Shwayze will also perform.
