About
Burgundy Room is a dark, gritty, narrow bar that was one of the first bars on Cahuenga before it became "upscale." The drinks aren't cheap but they serve 'em big and strong and hipsters here leave their attitudes at home. Decent bartenders still hold court nightly behind the bar here, and there's rarely a dull moment at the BR. The bar recently underwent a renovation giving patrons just a bit more elbow room (although it is still tiny and dark).
