The festive murals and bullfighting posters add a nice touch to this casual Mexican restaurant. Don’t let the strip mall locale fool you: the food – tacos, burritos, etc. -- is better than the exterior suggests. Vegetarians will find several non-meat options on the menu; Paco’s even advertises its vegetarian dishes with a sign in the window. The Mon.-Fri. breakfast special, served 8 a.m.-11 a.m., is a great deal: 2 eggs, 2 bacon, 2 sausages, 2 pancakes for $4.49. Menudo is available on the weekends.
