Know something we don't?
In a particularly neglected strip mall, former Cordon Bleu student and Monterey Park native Christiano Bollini has opened an upscale neighborhood pizza joint featuring a wood-fire oven in which the pies are baked. Along with a variety of hearty pizzas, Bollini's offers various pasta dishes and salads. In addition, Wednesdays through Saturdays they offer tasting menus that focus on different regions of Italy. The space is small and narrow, with a long counter and several two-person tables lining one wall. There are no tables that seat more than two people, so if you’ve got a large group, take-out is recommended.
