About
Like it's siblin, Moishe's Village serves Mediterranean and Middle Eastern food but this Farmers Market food stand specializes in bourekas (sometimes spelled borek), a pizza-like flatbread that can be topped with cheese, onions, eggs, bacon, ham, sausage, broccoli, chicken or vegetables. Moishe's also make lahmajune, the Armenian version of the dish, which is topped with ground beef. Whatever you order, it is made fresh and baked in a brick oven on the premises.
