Pradeeps is not your ordinary Indian restaurant where much of the food is loaded down with ghee. It may, in fact, be the healthiest Indian in town with a focus on using organic ingredients and delivering nutritional information to its very loyal customers. You’ll still find most of your favorites on the menu—tandoori, masala, saag, biryani—but it’s nice to have it served in such a light fashion. Pradeeps adjoins Killer Shrimp and it can be tough to find parking in the small lot outside. Your best bet is to go to Pradeep’s excellent website where you can order your food and actually set up when and where you’d like to have it delivered. It’s a great convenience to be able to set up dinner from your laptop at 3 in the afternoon and have it waiting for you when you get home. More restaurants should do the same.
