Sit at one of the tables outside and try any of the hearty salads or sandwiches while checking out the parade of rollerbladers, joggers and volleyball players who peruse the boardwalk. The wait on weekends can be close to unbearable, so put your name down an hour before you get hungry and get in a game of volleyball to work up a real appetite. Good Stuff serves an excellent fruit and yogurt plate, which is popular with health-conscious beachgoers, but you'll also find traditional breakfasts and a great chicken sandwich among the menu's choices. The waitstaff does get overwhelmed, so be prepared to practice your patience.
