With bamboo thatch on the ceiling, Polynesian tiki masks on the walls and lights made from real puffer fish hanging above the fine leather booths, Bora Bora brings a little slice of the South Pacific to the South Bay. The Zagat-rated menu at this upscale bistro, however, is far more catholic: Salads go from $6 to $8; the filet mignon for $27; the rib eye for $21; the baby-back ribs for $23, the ahi steak for $21; the Alaskan salmon for $19; the vegetarian risotto for $14, and the grilled asparagus for $7.
