Know something we don't?
Home is like an upscale diner, if the diner had a large, trendy outdoor patio and was populated by attractive tattooed types and struggling actors. With tables nestled among leafy trees and a trickling fountain, the setting is charming enough to redirect your attention from the fact that you probably need another bloody mary.(For an entire menu based around bloody marys head across the street to the divey, dark Ye Rustic Inn.) The menu at Home, which features California fare – not only burgers, salads and pastas but also rib eye steak, fish tacos and salmon – is huge and varied enough to offer something for everybody. One thing is for sure: with helpings this hearty, you will not leave hungry, which is maybe why the place is called "Home." If she could, your mom would make you eat this much every day.
TIPS: To attract customers during inclement weather (a difficult task because the place is basically a giant patio) Home offers a rainy day special: Buy one entrée and get the second for half price. The weekends get crowded, so expect a line – or just beat the crowds by not going during peak hours.
