Know something we don't?
If you want to pretend you're on some fabulous date overlooking the Seine with a poet who just happens to be filthy rich (you know how many filthy rich poets there are), Long Beach offers Le Creperie as its piece de resistance. The dimly lighted interior is frilly but not fouffy, with just enough lace, velvet and chandeliers to trick you into thinking its Josephine Bonaparte's boudoir. The menu is moderately priced and creative without going into a fusion black hole. Try the soft but crisp-edged crepes or the goat-cheese-plumped Poulet Montrachet.
