About
Salim Khoury became famous in the restaurant business several years ago for offering his chicke- tenders meals at great prices: $5.95 for lunch and a dollar more for dinner. Last year he moved his restaurant from Anaheim Street to a bayside location in Seaport Village. He added seafood, beef bourguignonne, steak and other items to the menu at somewhat higher prices. Now diners have the added pleasure of a spectacular view -- most tables look out on Alamitos Bay, the marina and the entrance to the bay. On quieter days you can watch the seabirds float by and, if you're lucky, an occasional seal will pop out of the water. Try the grilled artichoke appetizer. Lot parking. -- Collette Anderson
