Enjoy the most important meal of the day at Alice's Breakfast in the Park. The red barn-like building has a small dining room filled with antiques, giving it a homey atmosphere. You may also eat outside at the patio tables by the lake's edge. This is a delightful treat, especially for kids who don't always like to sit down for the duration of a meal. Be on the lookout for the many ducks and geese who waddle through the eating area, hoping for a handout.
A fresh-baked outrageously delicious cinnamon roll is $2.50--and almost big enough for a meal. Other breakfast items include eggs fixed any way you like 'em, home fries, fruit and freshly squeezed orange juice for about $5.
Lunch and kids' meals are also available. The restaurant is adjacent to the huge Huntington Central Park.
