American staples like meatloaf, roasted chicken, spaghetti and Caesar salad, (mostly) made from organic, locally farmed produce and meat. The decor is all pale walls and pale wood (like a more upscale version of an IKEA showroom), while the clientele is well-groomed in that low-key but definitely watching their carbs kind of way.
