L.A.'s best Halloween parties: West Hollywood edition

Know something we don't?
Located behind Arena, Circus is its equally massive sister-club. With two levels and seven areas, including a VIP lounge, patio and disco rooms, it’s no wonder the 3,200-capacity club is known for hosting raves and large-scale dance parties. Saturday used to be the club’s most popular night, with the electronica/trance party Red (which ended in early 2008--Saturday nights are now hip-hop at Circus) replacing the well-like Spundae party.
The club also hosts gay nights on Fridays with Club Macho Man. Things can get a little hectic at Circus (or in that area in general if Arena is simultaneously hosting a party), so be prepared to brave the crowds and throw some elbows to get a prime dancing spot.
