Times Description

It wasn't all that long ago that the Dime was a comfortable neighborhood bar without pretense, a place where the drinks were strong and the atmosphere was friendly. Those were the days of Max's, and sadly they're over. In its place is a darkened and predominantly red bar with hip-hop in the air and a slightly more upscale clientèle. Is the Dime an improvement? You decide.
