About
Say what you like about this ubiquitous coffee chain--they still serve up a good strong brew and an exceptionally tasty maple nut scone. Once a lowly Seattle shop, Starbuck's has somehow metamorphosized into a giant that can convince people to see a small coffee as a tall. Every location is IKEA-comfy with wooden tables and chairs or plush armchairs, and no one complains if you sit for hours. Some branches serve sandwiches and salads.
