Once upon a time, Jon Brion's one-man-band friday gig at Largo was a can't-miss evening of freewheeling covers, special guests and generally jaw-dropping musicianship. Then an assortment of high-profile soundtrack gigs -- and the onset of wrist troubles -- derailed Brion's popular show, and now he only takes the Largo stage sporadically, in this case for two weekends in December to commemorate the holidays.
