Originally located in Santa Monica, where it was founded in 1994 by Robert Gunderman and Randy Sommer -- colleagues at FOOD HOUSE -- ACME. moved to West Hollywood in 1998. The gallery features a wide range of work including painting, drawings, prints, sculpture, video and installations and is located in the 6150 Wilshire complex, which is close to LACMA and within walking distance to Paul Kopeikin Gallery, Roberts and Tilton, Karyn Lovegrove Gallery, Marc Foxx Gallery, 1301PE and other art spaces.
