Occupying a split-level section of the Millennium Biltmore Hotel, Sai Sai Modern Asian Cuisine and Sushi Bar is an elegant spot for lunch or dinner. The spare interior is simple yet relaxing, with wood floors and high ceilings buttressed by square black granite pillars. Sai Sai’s specialty bento boxes, each served with the daily soup, salad and dessert, are most popular with the lunchtime crowd. Other healthy lunch specials include the Sai Sai shrimp salad --a blend of shrimp, micro greens, goat cheese, Asian pear and endive served with a tangy citrus dressing— and the chicken yakitori or beef satay, smothered in a black pepper and honey glaze and served on a live charcoal grill. Dinner specialties include Kobe beef short ribs with wild mushroom ragout, five-spiced duck breast with braised collared greens and scallion pancakes and the mouth-watering Saikyo miso-marinated black cod. Sai Sai’s fresh sushi is also available for lunch or dinner.
