Absolutely gorgeous theatre! Don't miss this!
He had big shoes to fill but he's proved again he can fill them. A powerhouse of a play. Very personal, painful and worth every moment of angst. Amazing acting...with Lydia and her young brother beyond belief. My first Solis play....hopefully not my last.
Complex, riveting drama that draws you into it. The series of revelations that unfold as the play progress tie together amazingly well and are revealed at perfect moments to keep you enthralled. Definitely adult themes and subject matter.
The time flew! I was sitting at the edge of my seat the whole time. This is the best thing I've seen at the Taper in years. Kudos to Richie for taking on such a rich and beautiful play.
This is a long play. It lasted three hours. You have to give to these actors who gave intense performances over that three hours. This, however, is a very dark play that does not pull any punches.
