This conceptual cafe/shop/art space aspires to emulate Japanese maid cafes (which were at one time popular in neighborhoods like Tokyo's Akihabara district), which means your waitress will be dressed in a frilly brown-and-white maid’s uniform with white knee socks and a matching apron.
Featuring an authentic menu of Japanese comfort food like shrimp and avocado salad, teriyaki flank steak on rice and smoked chicken sandwiches with mango and wasabi mayo as well as delicious coffees and milk teas. The gallery portion of the space will feature a rotating calendar of contemporary art.

very interesting event, i didn't really know hello kitty was so popular. i got to see a lot of products that were made with hello kitty printed all over it....
I have been to this place, only for special events... Once for Tokidoki and again for Hello Kitty. I love the fact that they have events such as these....
A very KAWAII place for some afternoon tea! I came by on a weekday to check out the 35th Anniversary Hello Kitty exhibit (going on till Nov. 15th!)....
