Know something we don't?
Since it poured its first rum and Coke in 1952, little has changed here -- except, we presume, the new upholstery on the very blue booths.
Popular Drinks: The basics: rum and Coke, 7 & Seven; domestic and imported bottled beers.
Unique Drinks: It's just not that kind of place.
Seating: Blue booths, blue hassocks and bar.
Ambience: "Old fogies" belly up to the bar during the day; younger Disney crowd fills up the booths by night (and tends toward a post-collegiate preppy set).
Extras/Notes: While it's a feast for the eyes any old day, the Blue Room really shines during the holidays. Halloween is celebrated with hundreds of miniature rubber skeletons hanging from the bar, the ceiling and just about any available space. Christmas is rung in with silver bells and balls and twinkle lights in audacious quantities. Not to be missed.
Parking: Good-size lot, ample street parking.
