CAA and APA agents have already discovered this "secret" 2nd floor lounge above the trendy Bond Street sushi restaurant inside the Thompson Beverly Hills hotel. We love the upscale 1970s-inspired design here, and the cheap(er) sushi menu. The mezzanine-level space boasts an eclectic mix of modern and vintage fixtures (think Manhattan), and the slightly different bar menu features the same fare offered at BondSt below, at lower prices.

We went on the first official opening night of this restaurant. The space is really hip and the clientel is great looking but the food and service leave a lot to be desired. We had 9pm reservations but were not seated till 10:30pm. Ok maybe things happen since it's opening...
