Located on the beach at the foot of the Belmont pier, this indoor/outdoor brewery (commonly called "the BBC") is a spot for sampling brews and getting a taste of the area's beach life. The BBC even offers a beer sampler that allows you to try five varieties of microbrews, ranging from sweet and light to dark and thick. The restaurant offers California-style burgers, salads, sandwiches and full entrees. Sit on the huge patio that overlooks the bike path, sand and sea. On a clear day you can see Newport Beach, Catalina, the Queen Mary and the Palos Verdes Hills. Many diners glide right off of the adjacent jogging/inline skate path for their refreshments. Metered parking is available in the adjacent lot.
