Brad Gluckstein's new Conga Room, which is expected to open in November, is likely to be one of downtown's hottest destinations when it opens at the L.A. Live complex this fall. Owned by a group of high-profile celebs, including Jimmy Smits, Jennifer Lopez, Paul Rodriguez and Sheila E., the club (housed on Wilshire Boulevard along L.A.'s Miracle Mile from 1998 until it closed in 2006), is expected to draw some big names from the world of Latin music.
