The sophisticated new offering fom SBE, S Bar, is winning over bar-hoppers with an interior design by Philippe Starck and innovative drink options. The capacity is limited to around 100 people, so unless you want to get rejected by a clipboard-wielding doorman behind the velvet rope, make sure you arrive early. Adjacent to the trendy Katsuya sushi restaurant, but you may not enter S Bar via the restaurant.
