About
This upscale Asian-inspired lounge in Arcadia has been impressing East Los Angeles types since it bowed in 2005 with its modern design and inspired drink menu. With drinks like their "Lycheetini," "Pear Cooler" and "Mint Ice Cream" at the ready, you might be calling this bar a grown ups version of Baskin Robbins. A word of caution, however, to all the wannabe gangsters out there: 1020 enforces a dress code. That means no hats, sportswear, excessively baggy pants, or, god forbid, shorts.
