Looking to get high? You'll find stunning views of downtown L.A. at this 21st-floor lounge. While the large crowds have yet to discover Elevate on weeknights, weekends can get busy here. Great, Manhattan-style views of Hollywood and even a few mountains abound, and the vibe is distinctly urban. Furniture is all low to the floor, with several VIP seating options and bottle service available. Smokers rejoice: The entire venue is technically outdoors.
