William A. Karges Fine Art

Welcome to the Land of Milk and Honey, where oranges blossom on every tree. This medium-sized gallery provides art historic proof that California is indeed the promised land.

The whole Arts and Crafts Movement is incorporated at the William A. Karges gallery: The frames are gold leaf and the chairs wooden in Mission style. Represented artists here span primarily between 1890 and 1940. The gallery represents three living Plein Aire painters, including Dennis Doheny of the famous Doheny Avenue family fame. William A. Kargas also exclusively represents Jessie and Cornelius Botke, Ross Dickinson and Rinaldo Cuneo.
